峇厘岛美食篇 (3) ：Warung Ibu Oka 烤猪店

Ubuh区不仅仅是一个可以让人放松心情的峇厘岛必到之处，也是美食聚集之处。以下要介绍的就是另一个Ubud区“必吃” - Warung Ibu Oka Nasi Babi Guling*烤猪店！


* : Nasi = 饭、Babi = 猪、Guling = 转。 为什么是“转”呢？因为这道烤猪的烹调过程是把猪横挂着在火炭上烤。 Nasi Babi Guling 正确的说法应该是旋转炭烤猪肉饭。




因为来之前已经做足“功课”所以在离开Ubud的那个早上,便和大家安排好早上九点现一同到Ubud Pasar“血拼”， 然后在十二点之前一定要回到附近的这间烤猪店吃午餐。

就在路旁的烤猪店没有特别的装潢，看起来并不像一般游客会光顾的地方。但一到店门口，就看到许多的当地人和外国人已经在店里吃着这里出名的烤猪肉。店面分为室内和户外，可是不管是室内或室外，只要到了午餐时间可都是座无虚席。

 十二点已到，许多的食客便陆陆续续地走进店里，一转眼空着的位子就被当地人和游客坐满了。一坐下大姐就会把简单易懂的menu拿给你。 大致上烤猪贩就分成两种，“套餐式”或“单点式”。 

“套餐式” - Nasi Babi Guling Special : 这份套餐包括 ：白饭加上烤猪肉加上其他的小菜 ：烤猪皮、炸猪肠、炒青菜、血肠等，再淋上这里特别的酱汁。有别于本地的烤猪皮，这里的猪皮烤得硬硬脆脆的，加上不是一般辣的酱汁吃起来可是风味独特！

“ 单点式 ” - Nasi Babi Guling Pisah** : 若是你不喜欢炸猪肠跟血肠等，可以单点这份烤猪饭。而其他的小菜也都能单点。但算起来，如果你是什么都爱吃的或是什么都想尝的Nasi Babi Guling Special还是比较划算的。


** - Pisah 在华语的意思是分开，Nasi Babi Guling Pisah 就是主菜跟小菜分开点的意思。

大家都在忙着为刚出炉的烤猪拍照。。。真的是好大一只阿！！

我给Warung Ibu Oka ♕♕♕ : 地道的Nasi Babi Guling烤得香脆的猪皮，原汁原味的炭烤猪肉配上香辣的酱汁，绝对是Ubud区一道必尝的当地美食。
